The meal, carefully and lovingly prepared by Catherine, the lady of the château and talented chef, unfolds like a symphony of flavours. A 4 to 5-course meal, featuring the finest local ingredients, showcases Burgundy's rich culinary heritage. Each dish is a masterpiece, with an emphasis on seasonal produce, freshly caught fish and locally produced meat, perfectly paired with Coen's iconic Burgundy-selected wines.
